Second RC release
This is next Release Candidat, where new functionality for browser, like languages selector, and storage for selection had been added.

First RC release.
This is first Release Candidate of this library. Available in full, minimalist and debug version. Debug version throws errors in more situations, which could be usable in the debug state.
